PREORDERS ---

How does a preorder work?

Due to the high upfront cost of making items, I will sometimes open preorders for an item that I know is in high demand. This will allow me to order more and meet that demand.

Please keep in mind the listed production times for the preorder.  Once pre-order products arrive to me, they will be quality checked then shipped out to the customer immediately.

Extra items will be listed in the store after all preorders have been fulfilled.  Please note that remaining items are typically limited in number, so you are better off preordering the item you want to guarantee you get it!

What if I want a preorder item and an in stock item?

If you happen to order in-stock items with your preorder, the entire order will not be shipped until the preorder arrives to me. I recommend ordering the preorder item and the in stock item separately.

 

SHIPPING ---

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders for in stock items are processed every Saturday-Sunday and standard tracked shipping will take 2-5 business days depending on your location.

If you buy an item without tracked shipping (stickers), your item could take upwards of 7-10 business days to arrive.

REFUNDS ---

I no longer want my item, can I return it?

Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of my products, once an order has shipped I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final unless products are damaged.

ACRYLIC ITEMS ---

Why does my keychain look foggy or scratched?

Acrylic items come with a film over the surface to protect the acrylic during shipping. You can choose to remove this film or keep it on.

 

SHIRT ORDERS ---

What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?

Shirts are custom made products so once an order is placed, I cannot go in and change it.  Please contact me immediately so we can determine what to do.

How should I wash my shirt for the best results?

I recommend washing your shirt inside out on the delicate cycle with like colors, cold water only, and hanging to dry.  I do not recommend putting items in the dryer as this will cause the vinyl design to peel.
